Our educational assessments involve a tutor coming out to your home and assessing your child in a particular subject area in a relaxed and friendly manner.
We then write a report for you assessing your child's current attainment within the National Curriculum or Early Years Framework and how they could be supported further.
This option is often used by Home Educating families who want to see how their child is doing without traditional schooling but it also used for parents who are deciding on whether their summer-born child should enter reception or defer for a year.
Educational Consultations can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and are either conducted over the phone or through an online platform like Zoom.
During the informal discussion we listen to your current needs and will provide advice.
This will then be followed with a write-up of the call via email including any contacts we have offered to provide for you and further support.
